<p>I am an out-of-state student coming to A&M next year. I currently have AT&T as my carrier. I have heard that most students have Verizon and that Verizon offer student discounts if you sign up for a plan while at A&M. How is the cell phone service for AT&T there? Is it worth ditching my current plan and signing up for the Verizon plan if I get a discount?</p>
<p>This isn't really a big deal, I just want to make sure I don't renew my plan with AT&T and realize that the service for them sucks at TAMU.</p>
