<p>Problem with counting on the the room phone is that the kids have to keep it plugged in...D's roomate frequently decided to unplug it without her knowledge....some things ya just can't explain.....</p>
<p>of course she could use it to dial out...but...for me, or anyone esle to reach her in an emergency situation, it didn't happen...</p>
<p>I live in C'ville and have Alltell. Good service in all areas.</p>
