Oh ooooooooo... I saw commuter campus in there.

:(

My cousin went there a while ago and liked it alright but it is what it is...If you want resident CSU, there's ECSU, if your stats are a little more than you'd need for those there's Uconn...

I see you are just looking at Connecticut schools that are apparently within commuting distance. Central, EAstern, Western, Southern are all packed with commuters that didn't get in to UConn or better schools. What's the freshman retention rate and graduation rate? My sense is that they are pretty poor.

If you are sharp enough to graduate early, put yourself into a college with equally motivated students. Yale, Trinity, Wesleyan if you can pull it off, even as a non-degree student. Even St. Joes or UHar would be preferable to Central.

Also -- why don't you think about Loomis, Choate, Avon, etc as a PG student and take APs etc.

This shouldn't be on the College Life board.

Yeah sorry it was a mistake with the "college life" board

CCSU is offering me a music scholarship to go to their school..not likely I will go though..not that great of school, no offense or anything.

**** all ya'll, CCSU is fine

OK, so what's wrong with a commuter campus again?

^^^nothing, central has some solid departments. but for most, commuter campus isnt a real 'college-y' experience. most people who commute to central cant afford other schools
