<p>Let’s be honest here. EMU is located in the worst part of Washtenaw County, CMU is located in the middle of nowhere in Isabella County, and MSU is the “quintessential college town” of Ingham County. If I were the OP I’d go to EMU and take the bus down Washtenaw Avenue from my apartment in Ann Arbor.</p>
