<p>Hi,
I’m from southern California (irvine) and am hoping to get a spot in cerro vista. I will be okay with meeting some new people randomly, however, i figured I may as well write here and see I anyone has similar interests.
I’m entering as a general engineering major. I love music, and specifically heavy metal. I am pretty laid back but I am not the party type. I play volleyball at my school now.
If anyone has similar interests feel free to reply and maybe we can get to talking!

<p>Hi axlindgren! That would be me that she is talking about! My son is planning on living in Cerro and he is a guitar player! I wouldn’t say heavy metal, but definitely lead guitar and loud when he can be. He has posted on the Facebook site, but not a roommate thing yet. He will be in Materials engineering. he has one friend who has signed up to be his roommate, but he is not for sure about CP. he is visiting there and other schools this week to make a final decision. I will mention to my son to talk to you on Facebook. Are you going to Open House? Maybe we can get together then?</p>

Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend open house as I have a volleyball game that Friday. I’m going up this Friday/Saturday instead if by chance you will be there then?</p>
<p>Hi axlindgren^ Nope, we are going there today (Monday!) We will be going on a housing tour and definitely checking out Cerro Vista. We will post what we thought of it. I told my son to talk with you on Facebook. We get home Tuesday night. We are trying the Amtrak bus and train. I remember that you mentioned your volleyball game. Good luck!</p>
