<p>Does anyone send copies of certificates or awards that you earned to University of Washington, Seattle?</p>
<p>Do the certificates and awards need to be certified in order to consider them as true copies by UW?</p>
<p>Sending copies of awards is not standard practice for college admissions, nor does UW ask for them in their list of documents:</p>

<p>UW admissions is pretty straight forward. They don’t want extra information from you. If they end up wanting to see something, they will contact you to request it.</p>
