Certified Copy of SAT scores???

Hi everyone. I had planned to take my SAT on Oct 3rd, but unfortunately it was delayed until Oct 24th. So I took the SAT on 24th and received my scores on November 12th. I ordered the scores to be sent to several colleges (including my ED school of course) via Collegeboard on Nov 14th. I knew it would miss the 11/15 ED deadline, but on my interview, the college representative told me that they would wait for my scores until late Nov, providing that I had ordered the score report before 11/15.
I have emailed the college twice to explain my situation and also report my exact scores, and I believe that the official report from CollegeBoard will arrive in the next few days. I also have my counselor confirm it for me. But now the school is asking my counselor for “the certified copy of SAT scores” ??? what is that supposed to mean? Do they want an official paper report from me? I’ve never heard of that! Or do they want the printable summary of my SAT scores, which is available on CB website? I and my counselor are so confused right now! I really really like this school and with a 2310 from the first sitting I really hope to get into it!!
But now I am not so sure? What do they mean by “certified copy of Sat scores”? I am an international student and everything has me so confused! Please help me! it would mean a lot!

See if they will take a screen shot from CB signed by your GC.
