<p>Just as the title states, I'm curious on when is the appropriate time to certify your IGETC. Sorry if this is a common knowledge question.</p>
<p>When you submit transcripts. At least at my school on the transcript request form there is a box to request IGETC certification be sent with the transcript, I’m guessing it’s the same everywhere.</p>

<p>Correct, the schools will make it very clear what information they need from you and when they need it.</p>
<p>it is different for every community college. at my community college (pierce college) you are suppose to do it right now so they can send it to the UCs you applied to and the UCs will have it on record that you have completed the IGETC while they are making their decision of whether or not you will be accepted.</p>
