I was not able to go to NASS, so I just took my CFA today. I am not overly pleased with my scores. I was wondering if someone can tell me if I am at least in the range of what the academy is looking for. Thanks

I really have no idea what other people do and what is considered a good score by the academy. Thanks for any input.

I think you have me beat overall. I'm pretty sure that the CFA is just to see if you have any physical problems that DoDMERB cant pick up. I thinks it's MOSTLY a pass/fail kinda thing. You should have passed. They'll send a letter if you didnt

Average scores for a male are 7:08 minutes in the run, 63 sit ups and 48 push ups. So you should be fine.

The key is staying in shape (actually being in the best shape possible) for plebe summer. It's very easy to get off the fitness wagon in the waning days of high school, beach week, etc. and show up in late June unprepared.
