CFA question

<p>Alright so far, after a practice test, I got</p>

<p>BB throw 95 ft
pull up: 18
shuttle run: 7.4
Sit ups- 110
Push-ups: 76
1 mile run: 5:01</p>

<p>As you can see, I am actually prepared. I got the highest score for all of them except the BB THROW! I need to get above 102 feet, and for those who got 102 feet, how did you practice?</p>

<p>To practice for the BB throw you just have to keep working on your technique, but with your CFA scores I wouldn't sweat it.</p>

<p>How did you practice your Push ups?
Any special workouts you do in general for any of this stuff?</p>

<p>What do you guys think should be an aim for each category?</p>

<p>3 years varsity football, 3 years varsity track. I think that helped me out with push ups. I work out everyday. And do at least 50 push ups 3 times a day. I think that helped me alot.</p>
