Not trying to hijack the thread but is this reallly good?

crap compared to you guys my mile time and pullups suck big balls...

heh...wat i dint understand is the b-ball throw...i was getting like 80 ft in peactce but that cuz i did my worrkout in a different order i guess??

i just got a metal plate out of my wrist so i could be medicaly q/ed so i cant type haha

you had a metal plate put in your wrist? that sounds extremely painful

oh it was....i broke it in 8th grade so its been there 4 yrs and they d q'ed me but i got it out so now ill challenge that

Wow-assuming you're a male, those scores seem pretty good except for the push-ups. If it's a two minute time, you'll probably need to practice more before coming.

yeahhh its weird becuz no matter how many times i practiced i could not increaase! my arms just tightened up on me so idk it was weird

All good scores in general, yall should be happy.

I had less than 60

What kind of scores do you need to pass?

Hi - just a curiosity question. For WP, is the CFA a competitive test or pass/fail? At AFA, the CFA is competitive and i was just woundering if its the same accross the board or just each academy.

competitive at usma, pass/fail at uscga
