i think i've got pretty strong recommendations, and my essay's alright

i'm applying to brown, princeton, uva...some others.
So... chances?

I think because your instate for UVA, you should be accepted. You have great chances at the other ones, especially because you are African. Write great essays and you'll have some great chances.

You have really good EC's. I'm so jealous :(.

hey my rents are from Nigeria to :)

but i only have a 2110 :(

Wallstreet14:
Where else are you applying? Brown and Princeton are both lotteries, but you are in for sure at UVA. An African American with a 2200 who is in the top 2 percent of her class will definitely stand out in any admissions pool. I think you will have a lot of great choices in April. Good luck!

By the way, were you born in the US? Are you a citizen? It does make a difference.

are you in methods one or two..and make sure you take TOK or IB Psych before you graduate or else youre diploma will be revoked.

and its weetstreet not wallstreet lol

good chance.

haha sorry i read that wrong

ha... Wallstreet... i kind of like that :)

i'm a citizen, i was born in Boston....so yeah. is that good or bad, d'ye think?

and i took TOK in 10th grade, so i think i'm good. My teacher had a good time trying to shatter everyone's beliefs...

methods one or two? umm... i'm. not. sure. i guess...the harder one? they changed the names the year i started taking it, so i'm a little unsure.

methods 1 is pre-calc

methods 2 is calc
