so im just considering applying?? how big of a reach would it be?? should i both applying?

Your SAT I is very good, try to retake your SAT IIs. I wish you had a slightly GPA. Definitely apply, you have a good shot.

You have a decent chance. Your SAT I is very good, but your GPA is definitely below the average.
Can you retake your SAT IIs? A higher score in those may help to compensate for your grades in those subjects. Also, you can try different subject tests… if you are particularly good at English, definitely give the Lit test a try. That test is SO easy if you are English-brained, it’s basically the SAT CR section, and you won’t even need to study! Also, try to get some work experience or volunteer hours this summer and in your senior year. Good luck!

My test scores were absolutely horrible compared to yours, but my GPA was higher and I got in. I think your chance is good with those stats, of course raising certain aspects will increase your chances. If there’s any way you can raise your GPA or SAT II’s then do it and you’ll have a higher chance of being accepted.

though i went to a school where grades were severely deflated, my gpa was around yours. my sat was slightly higher than yours as well. i guess that is good news for u.

My friend got rejected with very similar stats. He had a 3.5 and a 2020 on his SATs. He had a lot better SAT II scores also, a 700 on Math II and 690 on Bio. It isn’t looking too good for you, I have to say. But, there’s still time. Bump up those SAT II scores, get a lot of community service going, try to start some clubs next year or something. That looks really good on your app.
