I have a question about my chances at Rutgers University New Brunswick Campus.
I’m just wondering what you guys think my chances are of getting into NB campus. I applied early action and applied to SAS (undecided) and School of business. I’m also out of state. Also, does Rutgers look at weighted or unweighted GPAs?
UW GPA: 3.59
W GPA: 3.95
SAT: 1590
Sat Subject: 740 ( US History)
Honors Courses: 8
AP Courses: 3
AP Euro, 4
AP English and composition, 3
APUSH,3
Class Rank: top 15%
Anyone?
IF that sat score is for all 3 sections, you will not get into the school of business but you have somewhat of a chance for arts and science.
IF it is for M + CR, you will get into both schools. You should be good

That is my sat score for all three. I know now that I won’t get into the school of business, but what do you think my chances are for SAS? like explain more than somewhat.
Big state schools like numbers so 1510 looks bad.
Your gpa is towards the upper limit of their 50% admitted stats
For sas its 3.5-4.0 average admitted
Sat is 1760-2060
Imo. I think you wont be rejected but they will ask for like 1 semeser grades or something like that
You may get in but have backups if you do not

College of Arts and Sciences at New Brunswick with a SAT of 1590 and GPA of 3.95. I guess that high GPA balanced the SAT score. I guess this is a motivational example with people with low SAT’s but high GPA’s. I am still waiting to hear from the School of Business.
