<p>I have received a 5 on AP World History and my college requires all students to take an introductory World History class. They accepted other AP credit of mine but haven't accepted the World History one. The course descriptions are near identical and the AP class was a lot more rigorous than the intro World History class at college. Should I challenge the acceptance of my credit and try to get them to let me test out of the required class? How should I go about doing this? </p>
<p>It’s a battle that you will not win. Every college posts its AP credit guidelines online. Every college posts its graduation requirements online. You could have chosen a different school. At least you will be well prepared for the class.</p>
