<p>Hello everyone , I live in Hamilton, Canada (pretty small city), and I am interested in a couple of unis in the states</p>

<p>I know my stats are a bit below average(considering that I'm an international student[or AM I considered an international student :S]), but I'll post them anyway and please chance me, and if you don't think I have a chance, please post why. Thank you.</p>

Critical Reading: 590,580 (will bump it up to a at least 700) <-- I'm working my a** off for this

Writing: 700,740 (to at least 780)</p>

Chemistry - will take (just 'cause I might apply to princeton
AP Calculus AB - 4 (<strong><em>My school does not offer any AP classes or exams,,,I had to go to anotehr school for this ...lol</em></strong>)

<p>UCB/UCLA and USC are reaches with current scores. </p>

<p>Unless you bring your CR score well into the 700s, the ivies are unrealistic reaches and if you really want a US school, you would be better off replacing them on your list.</p>

<p>GW and BU are possible, chances would go up considerably once you pass 600 in CR and W. If you need aid, I would not expect any from BU.</p>

I’m a US citizen,and I believe BU’s need-blind.</p>

<p>BU may be need blind but they do not meet need. Many are accepted with little aid which goes to their top students.</p>

<p>I saw your other post on the SAT section and you are getting 770 in CR. Can you teach me how you did that? Looking at your score here, you recived high 500s, but getting all the way to 770 is crazy. Did you time yourself when you the CR or un timed?</p>

<p>timed, but yeah this score’s from like June,
I’m well-trained now,I’ve read many classic novels and plays over the summer in preparation for IB English HL, and it’s really been helping me lol</p>

buut redo the sat and i think i read somewhere that colleges also
read you sat essay…YIKES.</p>
