<p>sorry to do this, but i am petrified about my chances...i realize duke is insanely hard to get into and honestly my confidence only dropped further when i read on their website that the sat 25-75% was 2040-2330 with the engineering college being higher (im applying as engineer)..so if anyone could chance me it would be greatly appreciated</p>

<p>You’ve got a good shot at Duke IMO. A 2300 SAT, #4 in the class at a Jersey high school, a 4.0 UW GPA and Student Body President is a really good combo to have. I like your chances but take nothing for guaranteed and write killer essays.</p>

<p>By the way, Duke will see your SAT II scores since College Board sends all of the scores together so if you submit your SAT I results, they will consider your SAT II scores whether you like it or not. They’re not bad by the way and will neither hurt your or help you.</p>

<p>wait…dont you get to pick which SATs you send??? also thank you very much…i thought i had a chance until i did some research and saw their admission rate at ~10% and their 75% 2330</p>
