Chance a CS major for UCB, Princeton, and UCLA?

@MWolf Thank you so much for your thorough and specific response! As long as it doesn’t dilute my application and has a chance of highlighting my character, as you say, I’ll keep it.

Could anyone pitch in about adding the AMC10/AIME?

If your AMC 10 score was high ( HM or DHR), it is worth mentioning otherwise drop it.

I think OP said it was a AIME qualifying score, so yeah, put it on.

I personally think your lack of national recognition awards puts you at a huge disadvantage, esp at MIT/Princeton. Someone else might want to chime in about UCB and the more locally targeted schools, but that’s my two cents.

UC Berkeley admitted!
Now waiting on UCLA, Princeton, Stanford, and MIT.

Congratulations!

Congratulations! You have been accepted to a top CS school, and any more acceptances will just be cherries in top of your cake.

Now go and celebrate.

Congratulations !! did you apply EECS or L&S computer science

EECS. Wasn’t willing to go through yet another hurdle.

do you get Regents and Chancellors Scholarship?

I did. Kinda regretting not applying to MET now.

Accepted MIT!

well done! once you got into UCB EECS, I knew things would start looking good.

Committed to UC Berkeley!

I think that it’s time for you to stand on your desk and say loudly “Oh Captain! My Captain!”

Our fearful trip is done!
@MWolf
