<p>I'd say you're in at BU ED. Your GPA is very much below their average (3.6) but they love high SAT scores, and will prob. forgive on that aspect. However, they are known for deferring most people to RD who apply ED, so I think you'll prob get deferred and then accepted there.</p>
<p>For the rest of the short list, assuming BU fails; (Your long list is too long - trust me, even though you have a red flag, you don't need that many. Lower it to 15 - 20 max max)</p>

<p>Any University of California school will ignore your freshman grades. Check them out. I'd say UCSB and Irvine are both around your GPA level, maybe Davis and UCSD too.</p>
