School only releases decile, I'm top 10%
GPA (school only releases weighted): 4.4 (unweighted like 3.85)
SATs: 2200 composite (770 CR, 730 W, 700 M)
SAT 2s: 750 Bio E, 710 Lit and World History
APs (only one available soph year): Art History (3- my first AP exam), US (5) Lang (5) World (4) (taking three more this year)</p>

Art National Honors Society and Science National Honors Society (11, 12)
World Taekwondo Federation certified 1st Dan black belt (7 years training)
Squad Captain Fencing Team (11,12), 3 years on team
VP of Chess Club (11, 12), member 3 years
Op-Ed Editor of a State-Ranked School Newspaper (11, 12), staff writer 4 years
FBLA State Competitor in Banking and Financial Systems
200 hours at a local library helping patrons and manning the reference desk (9, 10)
50 hours working with reptiles in an exotic animal shelter (12)
40 hours volunteering with the reptile department at a local pet store (10)</p>

<p>Teacher Recs: Fencing Coach (great), AP Lit Teacher (good), Guidance Counselor (Okay, I hope)
Common App Essay: Solid, talks about my passion for reptiles and conservation</p>

<p>Looks like a strong schedule and grades, your essay sounds like it will be good, and your ECs look awesome. I think you would have as good a shot as anyone, you definitely seem to be a competitive applicant</p>
