Chance a FL girl interested in Music and Theatre?

Hello, I would like some feedback on my own chances. I'm a rising female senior, class of 2010, now and I go to an IB School in Florida.

Stats:
~GPA: Unweighted is 3.8, Weighted is 3.3 (I can't remember for sure...)
~ACT: 26 (Yet to take the SAT, plan to though.)
~First Generation Student since neither parents acquired a degree.
~Father was in the air force.
~Parents combined make a bit less then $50,000.

Classes and their Exams:
~AP Passing Scores so far: AP Psych - 4, AP English Language - 4
~AP Classes Taken (But received 2's on): US & World History, Biology ( I have also taken AP Spanish Language, but I got a 1.)
~IB Exam Scores so far: IB Psych - 4
~Senior Year Schedule:
-- IB Math Studies
-- Theory of Knowledge (1st Semester)/ Advanced Drama (2nd Semester)
-- AP Music Theory
-- IB Biology III
-- IB History of the Americas
-- IB English IV/AP English Literature simultaneously
-- IB Spanish V

Extracurriculars:
-Officer Positions:
--Secretary of Gay Straight Alliance (10th grade)
--Secretary of International Thespian Society (11th & 12th grade)
--Secretary of Golden Voices (12th grade)
-Other Things I Deem Noteworthy:
--Leading Lady (Rose Alvarez) in Bye Bye Birdie (11th grade)
--House and Box Office Manager for Rumors (10th grade)
--Ensemble in Grease (9th grade)
--Superiors on Solo Performances at district and state level (10th & 11th grade)
--Qualified and attened All-County and All-State choirs (11th grade)

As you can see, I spend most of my time involved with the performing arts department at my school. I only listed the biggest things. I haven't really decided on what exactly I want to major in. I was thinking about Music Education, Theatre (possibly Musical Theatre, but I'm not strong at dance...), or Hospitality Management.
I'm looking at UCF, USF, FSU, and Florida Southern College. But if you have some suggestions, I'd be very happy to hear them.

That does not make sense. Did you switch the numbers?

Whoops! Yeah, that’s definitely supposed to be switched.

You will get into those but you should look at U of Florida and if your parents make less than $50,000 you will need serious financial aid and can your parents even afford a house? Not to be rude but in NY less than $50,000 is poverty level, which is kind of good because you will get full tuition paid for, but the money is different, like how much stuff cost sorry.

For music, theater, and hospitality, FSU is BY FAR the best choice in the state. Probably the best choice in the entire southeast. U of Florida is a good school for other programs like engineering or agriculture, but not for the programs that you seem to be interested in.
