Thanks for reading. :)

I'm considering UC Berkeley (think my chances are nearly as good for engineering?), UCLA, Cornell.

Stats:
[] ACT: Composite 28; English 33; Math 30; Reading 25; Science 24; English/Writing 30
[] SAT IIs: Math II- 740, US History- 690
[] GPA: 3.92 Unweighted, 4.34 Weighted
[] Rank: 9/625
[] Other: Speech and debate Pres, VP, Captain, qualified for the state debate tournament and won some other league awards, 1st place in county art fair in the freshman/sophomore division, founder and pres of science club, 3 years varsity golf

Subjective:
[] Essays: Pretty good

I live in California and I'm ELC. I have a full IB curriculum and I'm a candidate for the IB diploma.

I also have a 650 in Physics. Do you guys think i'm making the right choice by excluding that from my app?

GPA and rank are great but the ACT is going to be an issue. You still have a shot, but I wouldn’t send the physics if I were you. Good luck!

folks, it’s that time of year again. no, it’s not christmas, it’s time to crack open those SAT/ACT study books: happy holidays from AnonymousStudent.
In all seriousness, that’s what I’m doing during thanksgiving, and if you were to bring those standardized tests up, you’d have a fabulous chance at berkeley, and even maybe cornell is within reach if you’re lucky. good luck :)

chance back please!

I’m not sure why you’d want me to chance you if I’m not even able to chance myself. If I could chance people, I wouldn’t have made this thread.
