Chance a friend: Ivy League/UCs

Posting this for a friend who just lost internet access. She's a junior in the middle of planning her senior year. She's determined to go to an Ivy League, and refuses to listen to what I think of her chances. (When you read through this, you may understand -- I don't see any dedication to anything. At all.) So, if someone else would be willing to explain this to her. Also, if anyone has suggestions of what would help in her senior year.
