<p>Hey guys, I submitted my app early and I'm feeling anxious, so I decided to bite and post my stats for some sort of context.</p>

- Taking APlit, APspanish, APpsych, APphysics, APmacro, APcalcBC this year
- Awards: 9 local writing awards, 5 FBLA awards(regional and state), Tennis awards</p>

<li>President of: NHS, FBLA, FCCLA, Spanish Honor Society, and Key Club</li>
<li>Treasurer of: Robotics team and International Students' Association</li>
<li>Volunteered 250 hours at local hospital, volunteered at nursing home in Chile, interned with doctor in Chilean hospital</li>
<li>I was fortunate to be co-published in a medical journal in spanish (with plenty of help, which I was grateful for)</li>
<li><p>Volunteered at local library, 100 hours and counting</p></li>
<li><p>Played Tennis for 10 years, scouted by other colleges</p></li>

<p>So, what do you think guys? Sorry for horrible grammar.
I know nobody can predict exactly who gets chosen, but I'm just putting this out there.

What is your GPA and results of your subject tests?</p>

<p>Look, being an African American with a 36 ACT/2390 SAT gives you an amazing chance. The other stuff like being president of 5 clubs, etc. just solidifies the fact that you’ll be accepted. </p>
<p>You didn’t say what your GPA or class rank/percentile was, so unless it’s pretty bad (which I doubt), there is little chance that you’ll be rejected. I hope this isn’t a ■■■■■, because you may be the most likely person to get into Harvard that I’ve seen on CC. And hopefully you took two subject tests as well, since those are required</p>
<p>Frankly, I think there’s a misleading amount of optimism in SAT128’s reply. I think you’re certainly better than the average applicant but I would not be surprised if you got rejected. For that matter, I would also not be surprised if you got accepted. That’s what makes you above average.</p>
