Schools I want to attend:
Northwestern University
UIUC

GED scores
Reading 63%
Writing 99.5%
Science 86%
Math 85%
Social 89%
Overall score equates me to top 10% of a graduating class

ACT
23 Reading
24 English
28 Mathematics
35 Science
12 Writing
28 Composite

30 Credit hours of community college. 3.5 GPA
30 Credit hours of CLEP tests

I took my ACT when I was in high school, but I had not yet taken an algebra course. I had actually barely taken any high school level courses. I scored that high only due to my base intelligence. My GPA throughout middle school and secondary school was probably about 0.8.

Should I retake my ACT now that I've done some math? I am actually really good at english when it comes to writing, but I usually make the mistake of rushing through reading sections on tests. I doubt any colleges would care; I scored a 99 recently on my ACT compass reading exam.

The only school that I've heard from so far has been Loyola Chicago, and I was accepted there. (No idea of how good or selective they are)

PROS:
I've got writing talent that I've used to make a decent essay.
I've shown much improvement over my two years at community college, first semester I dropped 3 classes and had a 2.0; last semester I dropped no classes and got a 4.0.
I've got a great story, turned out to be a late bloomer.
I have a huge interest and love for Northwestern and have since childhood.

CONS:
GPA is good, but it's at a community college, so courses will be assumed less rigorous.
Low ACT composite, but not TOO low to be out of the question.
Dropped out of high school, don't really know if it matters.
Didn't visit them before I applied.
