<p>Having a sib at Penn does not make you a legacy but it's a tip factor (much bigger had you applied ED). You have a solid chance there.</p>

<p>HYPSM, Upenn, Duke and Columbia are all crapshoots, dont bet on any of them. The rest you should be pretty solid, but you may make a few of the tough ones.</p>
