Chance a hopeful Quaker for Fall 2011 (UPENN)

Hey everyone! So, I'm really, really interested in UPenn's College of Arts and Sciences. I am currently a freshman at a national university ranked between 10 and 20. My primary reason for wanting to leave the university I am at and enroll at Penn is because I want a more urban environment & what I want to study isn't even offered at my current school! I also want to study history and just have had a love-crush on Philadelphia and Penn for quite some time. I was unable to apply to Penn as a senior, however. I will be applying for Fall 2011 Transfer Admission.

Some notes:
-I do require financial aid
-I am unhooked d: though i was a questbridge match.. does this count?
-i am originally from california

High school stats:
-extremely competitive hs, sends most kids to top schools. i was ranked in the top 15% of my class.
-weighted gpa: 4.6, unweighted 3.52 (i succumbed to senioritis.. i got a C in one class that i'm actually planning to take in my second semester at my current school.. will this matter? assuming i do well in it).
-i took THE most competitive courseload & also took community college courses in addition to my high school schedule (which may also explain my rather poor gpa.. lol)
-my ap scores were: 4,4,4,3,3,2,1. should i submit these? will they negatively affect me?
-my sat 2 scores were: 730 in WHistory, submit?
-my act score is 30 (9 on writing essay) but my superscore is 31

College stats:
-just finished first semester with a gpa of 3.75
-i am taking courses in the subject i am hoping to pursue at Penn. i am exhausting these options at my current school
-good recs
-amazing extracurricular experience my first semester

i hope i'm not forgetting anything, but these are my stats :D. chances?? greatly, greatly appreciated!

Transfer aid is rare.

Where do you go to school? Almost all top 10-20 schools have a History major.
