I personally think that you could even have a chance at the ivies! you have really good academics and ECs, I think you will get in to all the colleges in that list.

How do you have such a good GPA without APs? XD
And I think that might end up hurting you…I’ve always been told that colleges would much rather see a B in an AP/IB than an A+ in a CP/Honors of the same subject…

My friend was the same and what he did was just take a couple AP tests through independent study of the material. That’s something you could try.
But your extracurriculars are really good so you’re definitely on the right track there.
However, colleges do love to see volunteer work, so if you could do something along those lines…

However, for those schools, I honestly think you’ll probably get in. :)

I’m not sure if it’s just me or if you guys are reading my data wrong. My school operates GPA on a 5.0 scale. So, when I say I have a 4.7, that essentially translates to a 3.7/4.0 scale. (That’s what they tell us)
See the difference?

You’ll definitely get into Marquette (my dad went there!) with those scores. And most likely Illinois, considering you’re in state. Good luck!

Thanks for your input everybody.

I think you have a good chance to all those places, especially Syracuse. AP Environmental Science is a pretty easy AP (IMO) to get a good grade in. Good luck!

Also, do you think I should take extra APs next year? I have never taken them, and I dont want to crash and burn next year.

I have friends who went to Mizzou, my dad even went to Mizzou for a period of time before transferring to CalPoly. I am unsure about the others but I would say Mizzou is a yes without doubt.

Chance me!!!
