This is a general outline, but do you think I'm on the right track?

My school isn’t fantastic, but I have 99s in all of my classes (I’m EXTREMELY studious, I’ve gone to school on about 2 hours of sleep before), and generally the Valedictorians in my school go to ivies or top 20s. The top students in my school are fantastic, it’s just the lower ones that bring us down.
As far as my PSAT scores go, I wasn’t feeling well that day, so be it. But no one cares how I feel, it’s just my score. My goal is a 2200 on my SAT, and I’ve got time.

haha, it’s the worst! Ah well, last year the valedictorians went to UPenn (2 of them), Yale, and Miami (She was accepted to Princeton, but turned it down because of money). We also had students go to Northwestern, NYU, John Brown, and more. So, I’m a little less worried about my school’s ranking, you know?

i’d say you’re definitely on the right track; the one thing i’d focus on to improve your chances at columbia and cornell would be your SAT scores; when you take them, try to aim for a 2200+ since that’s what’s mainly considered ‘competitive’. good luck! :)

Thank you! I know, my SATs will probably be my ultimate downfall, lol. I’ve taken some practice tests, and to say that I’m not fantastic at Reading Comprehension, well, is a bit nice (I got 7 out of 16…ouch!). So, I’m going to work my butt of this week for break!
