<p>Below you’ll find the Stanford factbook for the class of 2013. I think you’ll see that your chances are pretty slim. That year the overall admit rate was around 7.5%; applicants with GPAs below 3.7 were admitted at a 3% rate - less than half the overall rate. Furthermore, I’d guess that Stanford, like many of the elite schools, gets a large number of qualified URM applicants, so I’m not sure how much your URM status will help you. </p>
