Chance a Junior please

So it’s about to be spring break which means Junior Year is almost over. I have already started discussing recommendation letters and essays about college as it will be time to apply in just a few months. So, if anyone could give me any advice or insights that would be great.
I am from Ohio, and I will be applying to these schools, and I’ll list the specific major if it impacts the admission (ex. applying to engineering at UT Austin vs another major) I’m not 100% for sure this is the final list though.
UT Austin (It’s my dream school, I’ll be applying to Sport Management in College of Education, which I’ve heard is easier to get into then a lot of other majors)
UMichigan (Kinesiology-Sport Management)
UNC-Chapel Hill (I know my chances are slim, I would love to go here, but I know I probably won’t get in, I’ll take my chances)
Indiana University
U of Cincinnati (Safety)
Tulane
Rice
Just to add, my friend got into UT Austin this year with a 30 and a 4.12 to the neuroscience major, which is sort of competitive, and we’re OOS

Stats:
GPA: Right now it’s a 3.797 UW/3.984 Weighted, but I have well above a 4 so far this semester so W should be above 4 by the end of the year, hopefully UW above 3.8
ACT: 33 (I’m done with it, guidance counselor wants me to take it again, but I have no motivation to and probably won’t improve my score)
8 APs by the end of senior year
ECs:
Sports Editor of School Newspaper
I work every day after school at a software engineering firm doing maintenance (dishes, trash, cleaning, and other random stuff)
NHS
Over 100 Community Service Hours
Business Club
Stock Club
Israeli Culture Club
I will hopefully be president of business or stock club next year.
3 years of HS Golf, 1 of Basketball, 1 of Soccer
Did a Sport Management Pre College Program at UT Austin this past summer
I will have great essays hopefully (I’m gonna do them over the summer and get a lot of feedback and edit a lot.)
Probably pretty good letters of rec
Doing Marketing Program next year, it’s a senior class where we create a project and get people to invest in our product or event that we create, I think we do DECA too idk, and it’s for college credit so that might look good
I don’t know what my family income is exactly, it’s for sure above $100k, but my parents can afford all of these schools, so I won’t be asking for a ton of financial aid, and UT probably won’t give me any.

I know UMich UNC and Rice are reaches so if anyone could give me my chances for these schools and some advice for applying to them, that would be great. Right now I’m just focusing on finishing out these last 2 months of school with great grades and focusing on ECs.

Thanks

Forgot to add: My school is a very competitive public school, they don’t rank, and my course rigor is probably 4/5 (with 5 being hardest)

what about your sat scores?

I didn’t take the SAT, just ACT @amethyst2000

Bump. Also I was just elected President of Business club
