Also - just going to put it out there that I will have pretty fantastic essays. (Writing is the only thing I don't try to be modest about :))

Anyway, this is the big list of schools I'm looking into:
Occidental
UC San Diego
UC Berkeley
UC Santa Cruz
UC Irvine
UCLA
USC
UC Davis
Stanford
University of Michigan
Pace University
New York University
Northwestern

...and I'm totally aware that many of these I have a next-to-nothing chance of getting into (so don't laugh at me, haha). I just thought this would be fun :)

Accepted everywhere except Stanford and Northwestern.

Berkeley is a reach.

thanks!
bumping this up.

I agree with rosh except nyu isn't certain.

Trying to stay in state eh? lol
I'd say u can prob easily get into all except: UC Berkeley, Stanford, New York University, and Northwestern

Those I think your credentials aren't quite strong enough, but i'd say that except for stanford and maybe berkely, you still have a decent chance to get in.

haha, actually, i've always wanted to go out of state - recently had a major change of heart re: the types of schools and degrees i want to pursue. i have a huge list of out of state schools i'm looking at, but they're not really academically competitive - just artistically.

thanks :)

bumping this up for two reasons: act scores back and I got a 30 (plan to retake because my math score was very low) and I just found out I made national merit (assuming as a commended scholar)
