Chance a Junior speculating his Resume

All of this is theoretical, based on about how things SHOULD come out.
some of it at least.
Everything here is the Truth, it would seem far fetched if I were reading it. This is pretty long BTW.

In a class of about 200-150 (you know how these things change, right now about 187) in a moderately competitive(or not very competitive) public school? It's hard to say. In Dallas-Fort Worth

IB Diploma Candidate (hopefully Bilingual IB Diploma in Spanish)
GPA: 3.893-3.929 (there IS a 'C' in an pretty easy elective class though, that will hurt me) This is not weighed, my school doesn't weigh GPA.
All Advanced classes where you could be.
SAT: 2000 (hopefully higher)
Race: Asian of Hispanic origin (Half Mexican, half Chinese. I'm going to try and ignore my Asian side, but I'm not going to kill myself to try and hide it)
Rank: 11/187 (hopefully at least 9/xxx by the end of the year)

Background and Experience:
-Both my parents are doctors(...yeah I know, great luck with that), My mother is Mexican and comes a VERY humble background. Father is the son of Communist Refugees (China to Taiwan) but grew up in Michigan speaking only English went to UM)
-I speak Spanish fairly fluently, and basic Mandarin
-My Family owns a Ranch in rural Texas, we have cattle. I know how to castrate, tag (I brand I guess, but we never do) and round up cattle.
-I have made several trips to Mexico for various purposes some being: Language(I attended a Language school in Agu. Mexico over the summer), Ranching (I spent some time with My mother's father who lives in a TINY town in Northern Mexico where he Ranches, I've helped him), Family (My mom is 1 out of 10)
-I can shoot a gun fairly well, I can shoot Assault Rifles(Primarily AR-15 and AK-47), Shot Guns, Pistols, blah blah blah. We go hunting on our Ranch.
-I've been to China, Japan, Mexico, Canada, and the Philippines. I went to the Philippines for Family (I'm not Filipino, My grandmother is from here but is Chinese). I went to China, Canada, and Japan for tourism (so far: See "Hooks")
- My family owns rental houses and a Ranch where I fix stuff up. Like electrical work, Plumbing, Painting, Kitchen Ceramics(laying tile), Dry Walling, and just general House Improvement
- I was paid hourly to improve the rental houses my family owns. I was paid for to Tile the Kitchen and apply trim outside. ALTHOUGH my parents were the ones who employed me and paid me. But it was all legal, It was legally recognized as a Job which would get Taxed. It wasn't a "rake the leaves and I'll give you $15 Bucks".
- I am more politically conservative (big surprise I know, I'm practically a hick), but I could easily say moderate.
- I have had like 4 cats and 1 dog, and currently have 2 cats and one dog? and like both Katy Parry& Taylor Swift and Lil Wayne & TI. this is probably negligible. ;]

Extra Curriculars:
-Studying Mandarin Chinese Language since 8th grade (weekends, and by my OWN will in different schools throughout Dallas-Fort Worth)
-I'm Treasurer for Junior Exec (not that anything besides VP and President Matter)
-Track Sophmore and Junior year
-Cross Country Junior Year
-Academic Decathlon for Sophomore Year and Junior Year (They decided to hand out Credit this year, and not the previous year though. So It'll show up as a semester of credit, although it turns into a Class with credit It's after school by my own will)
- UIL Academic Competitor, winner in District since Freshman year (Have made it to Regional) in Team Mathematics(Junior), and Informative or Persuasive Speaking (Fresh, Soph, and hopefully Junior)
-Junior Year: Chosen as leader to be apart of the START program. Which is basically a teen thing against abusive relationships.

Hooks (?):
-I tested out of Spanish I and II (the wouldn't let me test out of Spanish III) and am taking Spanish III. I did this so I can be in Spanish III AS WELL AS FRENCH III
- The Bilingual Part of the IB diploma, reading and writing in Spanish (as well as analyzing literature, it's like a 2nd English class but in Spanish. This will be done on MY OWN time since I would be the first to do so in the history of my School District so a slef-taught course maybe? I would have to turn in papers and stuff though)
-I will hopefully go over to Taiwan or China over the summer to further my knowledge in Mandarin (this summer)
- My Unique-ness... I mean really... a half Chinese-half Mexican male who knows how to shoot an AK-47, castrate cattle, Ranch, and speaks 4 languages (Assuming you would count my poor excuse for French as one). Am I your everyday sight or what?!?
-My Race, not necessarily that it's RIGHT, but if I can play up my Hispanic-y-ness then I think I can become a very attractive person college wise.

*I speak with a clear accent, not that much "Texas" in me. or at least accent wise. I do say ya'll and people make fun of me because when I do say a Colloquialism I sound funny. But I do say "Fix'in" sometimes too.
-I am going to try and gear my applications to emphasize my "hick-ness" as well as my "Cosmopolitan-ness"?

I am aiming for...

Safety:
UT (I have a brother there, he did much of the above with me too)
A&M (maybe not applying)

Everything that's not a Safety:
UC Berkeley
Harvard
Princeton
Stanford (1st Choice, apply EA)
Columbia
University of Chicago
University of Michigan (Legacy?)
MIT
UC-San Diego
John Hopkins
UCLA
Cornell

Thanks for taking the time for reading my monster of a resume, I didn't want to leave anything off.
