<p>I'm a junior and a straight A Student. I messed up big time freshman year and I've been kind of uneasy about where I should apply ever since. I'm just now going to be a junior and I'm not going to take anything less than Straight A's. </p>

<p>I don’t know too much about competitiveness in Virginia (im frm CA) but I would say UVA and VTech (esp as in state for sure)</p>

<p>U should consider applying to MIT :slight_smile: i think u could get in there.</p>

<p>SAT IIs r amazing. ur SAT I needs to go up tho. try to get 2150+ then u can have a REALLY good chance for brown. or u could take ACT and get 33+</p>

<p>those are very impressive ECs, If you have the chance to raise your SAT score by a hundred or so i’d say you were easily a match for brown. In fact you could probably add a few other ivy schools to your list (if you wanted). When you’re on the bottom everything always looks brighter, i’d say you’re doing a fine job. Best of luck

<p>Do you sleep?</p>

<p>So the only thing in your way right night is that low SAT score.
If you can bring them up, I’d say you have a decent shot at all the schools you applied listed (and almost definitely get into the less selective ones)</p>

for sure on Virginia Tech (I don’t think they give out too much scholarship money)</p>

<p>You should also look at William & Mary. Most similar to Brown in the South. It could be a little bit of a reach, its the toughest admit in the state. Good luck.</p>

Trust me, don’t worry about freshman year, it’s not as important. Also, colleges LOVE to see an upward improvement. (Downwards improvement is bad). So its fine!
Your EC’s are impressive and so are your grades.
Best of all, you have diversity, and that’s really important nowadays.
I think you can get into all of them! (Brown is hard to get into, but with your resume you can def get it!)
