Chance a kid with bad awards

Im only a sophomore so I just want to see if I am on the right path. I have no major awards but my GPA and standardized tests are very good. I go to a huge school in the Midwest thats all about the school and not about the kids. Its a huge magnet school that did send abotu 15/1000 people last year to top 15 colleges.

SAT: 2280 (720 Reading/800 Math/760 Writing)
ACT: None
PSAT: 211 (bad day)
SAT II: Chemistry-780, World History-800, Will take Math II
APs: World Histroy: 5, Taking Human Geo, Calculus BC, Stats, and Euro this year

Sophomore Course Load: AP Human Geo, AP Clac BC, AP Stats, AP Euro, Honors English, Orchestra, FL 3
Junior: Multi, AP English Lit, APUSH, AP Physics, AP Chem, Symphony Orchsetra, FL 4
Senior: more APs.

GPA: 3.98 UW, but school does not do that!!! They actually weight the GPA and since they started like 2 years ago, half of my grades are weighted and half are unweighted...giving me like 4.34 Official Weighted. We also do not rank!!!! But if we did, I would be top 2 percent in my class unweighted and official weighted.

For sure I am in top 3 percent since I got that award this year and last year as a freshman, but they dont go into the top 3 percent (so if you are top 1 percent they still will say top 3 percent)

ECs:
Science Olympiad: (going to get leadership position next year)
Key Club: sophomore board member
Orchestra: Symphony next year, phiharmonic this year (state champs)
Research: Will start it next year
Math Club: compete in AMCs...maybe two years Ill run for something
Academic Superbowl: science team captain
Academic Deathalon: qualified for state

Awards:
Science Olympiad state medals
Local IUPUI Math Contest Winner as a freshman
AMC 10: 90
Academic Decatholan State Bronze Medal
Top 3 Percent Scholar

I know my awards and ECs are horrible, but if I can get a national award like ISEF, do you think my chances will improve significantly?

Edit: Here are the Colleges that I want to shoot for:
UChicago
Northwestern
Duke
WashU
UPenn
JohnsHopkins
UC Berkeley (out of state)
Basically the 7-15 range.
(and safties that Im confident Ill make)
