Chance a Lazy Latina Female for BC??

Hey I am new here and I really don't know where I stand for a school like Boston College...it would be my number one choice.

Gender: Female
Race: Latina (Puerto Rican)
Rising Senior

GPA UW: 3.4 (sucky, i know)
SAT: 640 M, 730 R, 800 W, 2170 T
SAT IIs: Will take Lit and another in october
Class Rank: Top 25% (class of 250)
Course Rigor: All Honors, one AP senior year (AP English Lit)

ECs:

~I've held a job that I work every day after school since frosh year
~I've been on the school tennis team since frosh year

So do I have any chance at getting into Boston College???? Any at all??

anyone???

Lazy but hot??

Idk about BC , i heard its really hard to get into if your parents arent alumni.

If boston college is your first choice college, I recommend applying restrictive early action there so as to boost your chances.

As for the chances, it’s really borderline…the fact that your puerto rican would most definitely be a positive factor though

I would take the SAT again in November to improve that math score to the 700’s

And maybe add 1 or 2 more E.C’s

To improve the G.P.A, you’d have to get good grades in the fall of senior year, but if you apply early then it would be pointless because your fall semester grades wouldn’t be available, so there’s nothing you can really do about the G.P.A.

other than that, I’d say you have a decent shot. Good luck

could you chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/747169-should-i-apply-mit-ea-stanford-scea.html
