Chance a Low GPA Transfer to CUNY Hunter/Baruch from Rutgers NB

I had a really shaky first year at Rutgers and ended the year with a 2.02 GPA and 25 credits completed. Combine that with low funding and I'm looking for a fresh(er) start at a CUNY

I was wondering what my chances would be for a transfer to CUNY Hunter or Baruch for Spring 2013? Any other options for transfer within NYC?

I was doing an exercise science track with philosophy minor, but I'll probably be majoring in philosophy at a new school. My english requirements should be sufficient as well as my math requirements as I received C or better in both for a semester. I got a D in Bio 102 and Psychology 101. Everything else was C/C+ for the most part except for 2 B's in Scientific and Technical Writing (300 level writing class) and Ethics.

I'm a NYC resident and went to Brooklyn Tech for high school and finished with a low B weighted GPA (dont remember the exact number but it should be over an 80) and an 1850 SAT / 28 ACT. I was accepted to Rutgers, Drexel, PSU, and Stonybrook with those stats. Didn't apply to any CUNY.

Thanks guys!
