Chance a man in need! (Transfer Student)

Hey guys,
I've been attending Pasadena Community College in California for about 3 years now. I applied last fall to the UCs and a few CalStates but got got denied by all the UCs and got accepted by CSUN(which i do not want to attend). Therefore i plan on reapplying again this upcoming fall.

I'm not an outstanding student with specs that might get me into an IVY, I'm just a decent student looking to get into the best school possible.

So here it goes...

Age-21
Gender-Male
Location- Los Angeles, California
Ethnicity-Armenian(Considered Caucasian)
Major- Economics(I am also open to any other dual majors or minors that might be a good mix with econ)

My current GPA is 3.2(After Retaking my 2 F's) 77 units Completed.
My previous 2 semesters i had really messed up due to personal issues where i received 2 F's and 1 D. But I retook 2 of the F's this spring and got an A and B. I am currently retaking the D this summer and I'm pretty sure ill get an A or B. I just consider those 2 semesters to be my so called year break from college.
I began taking college courses in High school as part of a Bridge program and did fairly well and followed to do so after graduating high school until my personal issues interfered with my school.
I was not consistently a full time student through my CC career, but now I am taking everything more seriously and becoming more focused on my schoolwork.

I have mostly finished all my pre-reqs to transfer but received a C in my first Econ class(I am planning to retake the class at a different CC although i know it won't count towards my gpa. I just want to retake it to show myself that i can receive a satisfactory grade.)
The only pre-req classes i have left is Calculus 1 and 2 which i will be taking both this coming fall as part of a program which allows you to take both math classes in one semester.

I have my AA and am IGETC certified.

EC's and etc.:
-Economics club(Executive board member) at my CC
-Armenian Youth Organization(Organizes events and educates the local Armenian Youth)-since 2007
-Basketball Coach for Elementary School
-Been working part-time since high school
-Armenian Student Association(at my CC)
-Took 4 years of Armenian language during Highschool
-Was part of the school band during high school as a saxophonist(Frequently performed at events and even traveled out of state to perform)
-Varsity Basketball during high school
-Was part of the drama club during high school and played the lead role in our plays which was done in Armenian(my native language)

My parent's are immigrants who have not completed high school. So for me to go to college and complete it successfully would make me the first college graduate in my family.
