I plan on applying pretty early to each of the following schools:
Butler University-Indianapolis
Loyola University-Chicago
Hope College-Holland
Grand Valley State University-Allendale (safety)

I go to a public high school in Michigan. I have a 3.97 unweighted GPA as an upcoming senior, and I got a 28 on the ACT. I have taken only 3 honors classes: honors algebra 2 sophomore year, honors pre-calculus and honors English 11 junior year. I am enrolled in 2 AP classes for my senior year (AP statistics and AP economics).

Extracurricular activities and extra information:
-4 years of varsity tennis
-3 years of French Club (officer)
-4 years of Key Club (officer)
-National Honors Society (includes tutoring)
-Model in 3 fashion shows for charity
-Volunteer at local Boys and Girls Club
-3 years of French classes
-No official jobs outside of lots of babysitting and nannying

The only reason I'm nervous about being accepted to these schools is I know I haven't taken/don't plan to take many advanced classes, which I really, really regret; however, this is due to the fact that I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder (OCD) that causes me to become stressed really easily. I am explaining this issue in each of my essays. Do you think colleges will able to overlook my not-too-rigorous schedule due to my OCD and high GPA? Also, I hope colleges will notice that my schedule has gotten more challenging each year.

Thanks so much! :)
