<p>I think you’re basically IN almost everywhere. SAT is decent, a bit low, but you are a URM (wayyy underrepresented) so it should help make up for the deficiency. I have a friend who got into prestigious colleges with 1900 something on the SAT.</p>
<p>Williams, JHU, Amherst will be reaches, but you are URM so that will help. The other schools you should be fine at. Your SAT is a bit low though so you could try to raise that before you apply.</p>
<p>You still are as the guy said above an under represented minority. You have a pretty good academic background that will attach with the minority status. You probably will get into almost all those schools even if your out of state.</p>
