According to the Common Data Set, 70% of last year’s freshmen had a GPA of 3.75 or higher, and 19% had a GPA between 3.5 and 3.74. You are pretty close to being in that top range. Your test scores are pretty good, but it does help that your highest test scores are in math and physics :-)

So I think your chances are pretty good. You should consider applying EA.

WPI is very good about publishing their data. Here is the CDS:
http://www.wpi.edu/Images/CMS/IRO/WPI_CDS_2011-2012.pdf

They also publish lots in interesting info in the Fact Book:
https://www.wpi.edu/Images/CMS/Bartlett/Factbook_2011-Feb_edition(2).pdf

WPI is getting increasingly more competitive to get in. I believe that over 7500 students applied this year, which was an all time high. They accepted less than in previous years, to limit over crowding.

According to the speech delivered to the incoming freshman, this year’s freshman class had an average SAT of 1302, an average GPA of 3.8, and 45% had 4.0s in HS.
