Chance a Northeastern Hopeful?

<p>I would love to go to Northeastern....it's easily one of my two top choices but I'm not sure my credentials are quite there. I'll keep this part brief....</p>

<p>Connecticut HS - Good reputation
Male
SAT - 2040 (CR 690, M 700, W 650)
GPA - 3.1 UW 3.7 W
Mostly Honors courses throughout with 2 APs Jr year and 4 APs senior year
Leadership positions in the Drama Club, Tri-M, and participation in musicals each year
Community Service through the Friendship Circle....partnering with children with learning disabilities</p>

<p>You might want to retake your SAT to boost your score. Or even try the ACT. From what I’ve heard, your UW GPA may be just a bit low. Your leadership positions are good. Your community service is quite nice. Maybe try volunteering at your local hospital or somewhere along those lines. Good luck!</p>

<p>Write a really good essay. Your GPA is good and SAT’s are ok. I think you can get in. I had loweerrrr scores on SAT’s and a Lower GPA and I got in so I think you have a pretty good chance</p>
