Recs and Essays should be great.

Please chance me for UCB, USC, UCLA, UCSD, Stanford, Cornell, Brown , Duke, and Dartmouth

bump ~ 10 CHAR

Not a chance at any of those schools to be honest with you. Your stats lack. I'd say to a community college for a year or too and transfer out.

If you're in state the UCs are doable with another 100 or so SAT points. The others are all reaches, low income helps but won't make up for sub par scores.

UCSD: Safe match
UCLA/UCB: high high high match

...if you get 700+ on your sat retakes, I think you'll be i @ all 3...you're states aren't "lacking" at, people here are just craaazyy

UCB is probably a reach for you unless they really want a basketball player for thier team or you get about 2000 on SATIs cuz UCs tend to look more at scores than ECs.

Ivys probably wont consider you unless you have over 2100 on your SATs, if you did, its very possible you could get in due to your ECs and low income.

As of right now i think you are looking at USC, UCSD, and UCLA. Raise your SATs by about 100 points or ACT by 2 or so and UCB, Duke, and Brown might work.

Are these chances accurate? I am not submitting my SAT Score, so they shouldn't hinder me. Colleges promise to only look at the highest scores, so they should look at my 32.

I thought a 32 was a competitive score for some of the competitive schools.

According to college board, here are the ACT ranges for the middle 50%.
Cornell: ACT Composite: 28 - 32
Brown: ACT Composite: 27 - 33
Dartmouth: ACT Composite: 28 - 34
UCLA: ACT Composite: 24 - 30
Stanford: ACT Composite: 28 - 33
Duke: ACT Composite: 29 - 34

My scores seemed to fall under the averages according to college board for these schools.

More chances please?

haaaaaa....that's a good one!

Everyone here is completely an *******. If I were you, I'd go with UCLA. I think you'd have a good chance, IF you improved your SAT score to a 2100 or around there. Your ECs look good, GPA is very very strong too.

Being in the 50% numbers does not get you into top schools without a hook. Half of the class has hooks: legacy, URM, recruited athlete or a national talent. If you are white or asian and have no hook, it's a match if you're at the 75%, reach if it's ivy, Duke etc.
