-Rutgers NB
-URI(safety in state school)

What are my chances and which of these schools would supply me with the best financial aid?

Why not Brown???

Penn(ED)-Reach, probably reject without legacy or hook since so many hooked applicants apply ED.
-Cornell-Low Reach
-Villanova-Match
-Boston College-Match
-Penn State-Safety
-Maryland- College Park-Safety
-Rutgers NB-Safety
-URI(safety in state school

All fine schools, which you are at least a match or low reach for…however, don’t settle for safeties Rutgers or URI with your excellent stats…unless you are receiving a near or full ride for merit…

I don’t think you have too big a chance for Penn. (i didn’t see any SAT II’s listed above. but for a school like Penn, I’d aim for 770 or above on most/all of them). For Penn in particular, you really want to show that you’re persistent and focused on what you want to accomplish (and will take advantage of Penn’s resources to do so). From your EC’s, I couldnt’ detect anything you are particularly passionate about and ended up “going very far” with. Your activities were somewhat “generic” - keep in mind: what makes YOU different from the thousands of other kids applying to Penn?

yangx88, i dont think i need any sat ii’s since i took the act with writing
also Nuclear, Brown wasn’t on my list since I want to double major in criminology and computer science, brown doesn’t offer criminology
