Until you complete Junior year, it is very difficult to chance any applicant since the UC’s use only 10-11th grades in their GPA calculation and you do not have an actual ACT test score yet. Your SAT subject test is competitive and you have solid EC’s so you are on the right track. Race/ethnicity is not a consideration in the application review for the UC’s so not help there. Come back at the end of Junior year with all your stats and then you can be properly chanced.
