Schools in interest: Dartmouth, Yale, Princeton, Northwestern, UPenn, JHU, Stanford, Brown, UCB, UCLA, UCSD, WUSTL, Cornell, Columbia

Prospective major: Biomedical Technology or Neuroscience

You are a nice well rounded applicant, but so are most who apply. You are in the ball park in all areas, but your essay needs to really stand out. I would not be surprised if you got accpted into at leats one of your reaches.

I gather that you are Korean, which means that your SATII in Korean is fairly meaningless. I don't know exactly why you are planning on taking so many SATIIs, since most colleges will simply look at the top two or three, depending on how many they require. Blitzing schools with a bunch of scores isn't going to get you in: it is just going to convince them that you are yet another Asian student who thinks that scores on multiple choice tests are all. Getting some 5s on AP exams where you have to write essays and think more deeply would be more of an advantage, I think.

Self-studying World History is just more of the same test-mania, and a waste of your time, IMHO.

Other than that, of course you are very well-qualified, your ECs are fine, and you have a good shot everywhere if you do something INTERESTING with your time and write good essays.

why would you take so many SAT IIs? Two is enough, three if you're looking at Princeton, Harvard, or Georgetown. Taking more is pretty much a waste of money because schools won't look at it. The only upside is if the school lets you get credit for introductory classes.
