HYP: Reach
Pace: Safety (absolute safety)
Georgetown: High match
U Chicago: Reach (pay attention to your essays)
USC: Match
Claremont McKenna: Reach
Williams: Reach
JHU: Reach
Cornell: High match
UCLA: Match (can you pay full-freight there?)
UCSD: Low match
Rutgers SAS/SEBS/MG/business/engineering/nursing: Safety
Rutgers 0-6 PharmD: Low match

Thank you so much!

the ivies and U Chicago are not really definite for anyone but your scores are quite literally perfect, your EC’s are fabulous and if you don’t get into the schools you want to than no one can

Haha yeah, Ivies/UChicago are really a pipe dream for anyone… but thank you so much for taking the time to chance, I appreciate it! :)

The trinity is a reach for sure. For u of Chicago, the essay is a much larger part of the application than you’d think. The Ucs are expensive but if you can afford them they are both low- matches. Rutgers and pace are matches. Any of the ones I haven’t specifically mentioned are all high matches, low reaches. All the ivies are crapshoots because they will turn down qualified applicants like yourself for no apparent reason. Chance back?

Don’t worry, I’m aware that UChicago’s essays are a huge deal - I spent two weeks just developing my idea for it and I’m going to make sure it’s immaculate. Thanks for the wise words of advice - I’ll be realistic about my chances at the more selective schools. Also, would you mind linking to your chance thread so that I can chance back? Thanks :)

Ha, worse than a ■■■■■. I think it might be a professional application service looking for obvious criticism. I have it, but you’re not getting it.

I’m not a ■■■■■/service, I swear. I just keep having these conceptions about my chances that I keep second guessing so I’m kind of doing this just to keep my mind grounded and not let my hopes get too high/low :P

I second Catria’s chances. You have amazing ECs and scores. Your chances for the UCs will improve if you don’t need financial aid. Good luck!

I’m looking at similar schools (top nescac’s, dartmouth, cornell, etc.) and your grades are better than mine… so i wouldn’t worry to much. However, a few fallbacks never hurt anyone.

@Vivendium Thank you! (Sorry that I never said this explicitly, but I live in Cali). I MIGHT be able to pay for the UCs without financial aid xD

@WOOPWOOP2017 (LOL i had to google NESCACs) Thanks for chancing, and good luck to you!

@vgeagle Chanced! (Oh yeah, if anyone wants a chance back, I’d be happy to! It just might take a while, this is one of the few nights I have a decent chunk of downtime)

Oh, sorry! I had the impression that you were from NY for some reason. I’m from Cali too, and applying to some of the same schools!
Would you mind chancing me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1537640-chances-upenn-georgetown-nyu-uc-berkeley-other-schools.html

Chanced! And that’s fine, it’s my fault for not putting that in the original post  Anyone else?

HYP: Low Reach
Pace: Safety
Georgetown: High match
U Chicago: Loe Reach
USC: Match
Claremont McKenna: high match/low reach
Williams: high match
JHU: high match
Cornell: High match
UCLA: Match
UCSD: Low match
Rutgers SAS/SEBS/MG/business/engineering/nursing: Safety
Rutgers 0-6 PharmD: Low match

Your stats, overall, are stellar so you have a really great shot at all of them!

Thanks so much for your feedback! :DDD

Sorry for reviving a kind of old post, but I’ve already submitted a couple apps and found out 10ish days ago that I made Siemens semifinals! Do you guys think it’s worth sending them an update about/that it’ll make any sort of difference whatsoever?

Impressive, I think you have a good shot at most of those if you aren’t stretching some of the facts which I will take a stance with along with sosomenza. Now, I’m not saying that you are lying about everything. No, I’m just saying if these are all truthful, congratulations. But make sure you don’t come across as boastful. I know an admissions officer and lets imagine that he was an officer from where you wanted to go, he would be tired and he you gotta make sure he can’t pass of yours. Write about one of the things you did but don’t focus on all of them. Good luck! (sorry for the poor grammar not really thinking)
By the way, could I know the name of the app. I am passionate about this subject too :D.
