I think you have an excellent shot at all but Cornell and UCB are definitely reaches but possibly attainable. Good luck!

I think if you can raise your CR, then you would have a better shot at a lot of these schools. For example, Cornell, Notre Dame and Stern don’t care much about the SAT writing section, so M+CR has to be pretty top notch.
