<p>Hey guys I go to a private Christian high school that’s pretty good in terms of academics.</p>

<p>SAT: 1820 (will retake)
GPA: 3.5 ish</p>

<p>Notes: Played bball my entire life (1 year JV and 3 years varsity); also i’m going to be captain this year; made first team all tournament in one of the tournaments
Helped coach kids during the summer (basketball)
3 years varsity track
Activism Club President
Started a mentorship program for high school seniors to reach out to underclassmen
ACO (Asian Cultural Organization) club for 2 years</p>

<p>Important!!!
I had a huge BOOST from soph year to junior year. soph 1st semester: 3.0 2nd semester: 3.0
junior year 1st semester: 3.6 2nd semester: 4.1</p>

<p>Choices for college (in no particular order):

  1. Cal Poly SLO
  2. UC Irvine
  3. UCSD (Econ)
  4. Santa Clara University
  5. Pepperdine</p>

<p>^^^all business admin except SD</p>

<p>also, took a 4 unit accounting course at a CC over the summer. scored in the top 95th percentile of class, if that means anything. 100.2%</p>

<p>honestly, it’s hard to tell you. Business is pretty competitive when it comes to admission. As far as I know, it’s the biggest major on campus so it’s really impacted. Average GPA weighted is like 3.95 and SAT at like 1250-1300(CR+M) or something.</p>

<p>ALSO:
Soph year 1st semester = 2.8
2nd semester = 3.2</p>

<p>Junior year 1st semester = 3.6 <— can explain why in personal statement. (a C- in a class due to a huge misunderstanding that ended up changing my perspective on life)
2nd semester = 4.3</p>

<p>does that upward trend help at all?</p>
