<p>I have been playing violin since I was 5, and along the way have become very accomplished. Brown is my dream school not only for it’s amazing music program, but for it’s econ program, which I would plan to double major in. </p>

Attends the Governor’s School , a comphrehensive arts academy in Virginia
Attended the meadowmount school of music, the nations best music camp
Member of youth orchestra and chamber orchestra
concertmaster of the all state orchestra
I plan to submit many arts supplements</p>

<p>500 volunteer hours, playing violin at various nursing homes and assisted living facilities</p>

<p>I think you have a pretty good shot. Make sure Brown understands what the Govenor’s school means. Write great essays.
Sometime very soon the Brown admissions officer for your area (Elisha) will be in Richmond for a “Brown Night” (or maybe a day program, but it is usually night) Make sure you go!!! and make sure you get to talk to him and that by the end of it he knows your name!! PS, he gives a great talk on admissions in general, not just Brown in particular, so bring a friend.</p>
